The rooms were impeccably clean and well-appointed. The view of the matterhorn from our balcony was amazing. Breakfast was delicious every day, with fresh meats and cheeses. The staff, especially tanya, was so helpful with local tips and recommendations.

I was comfortable in the hotel. There were a bathrobe and a pair of slippers in the room. They have a shuttle and they send me to the station after check-out. Maybe they can pick up the guests at the station if the guests ask it. The location is the middle of the town. The staff are kind and they advised me about Matterhorn.

Amazing, amazing, amazing.
The views from my Junior Suite were amazing, showcasing the iconic Matterhorn right from my balcony! The spa facilities, complete with a jacuzzi and sauna, were the perfect way to unwind after a day of skiing. Each morning, I was treated to a lavish breakfast spread that included everything from.

Excellent service, newly decorated hotel.
Reasonably clean, amazing value hotel, the location was absolutely perfect and comfy adjacent to all downtown restaurants, all attractions and shops and the Italian lakes. Modern, tidy room with a clear view of the Matterhorn and balcony, for example.

The rooms were excellent! There was a lot of space in each room, the bathroom was superb! Everything was very clean and neat, such a great location in the heart of the city! Hotel staff was excellent, really a great help! This has to be on my top 5 list of favorite hotel I have ever stayed in!
The only thing I did not like was that the hotel did not have a shuttle to and from the train station and other hotel around the area did. The taxis here are incredibly expensive, about a 20 Swiss Franc ride, not including tip. With that said however, on the way back to the train station the hotel staff was nice enough to give us a hotel voucher for a taxi so we would not have to pay the outrageous cost a second time.

A amazing balcony moment
Woke up to a fine view of the Matterhorn from our balcony-coffee in hand, it reminded me of a dream. The staff treated us like family.
The only downside was a minor Wi-Fi hiccup , but it hardly impacted our enjoyment.

We had a family of 6. Bellerive had 2 triples which are very hard to find. The lobby was Very nice. Small and inviting with a Fireplace and bar. Our 19, 20 and 23 year old took off in town and we stayed by the fire talking with hotel guests. The included breakfast was probably the best I've seen in 25 years of travel. The coffees were Great. We plan on coming back next July or August.

The hotel is beautiful. The bathrooms are lovely. There are a lot of nice details--Ipod port; DVD player with many movies to borrow; small, but nice spa; beautiful lobby area; amazing breakfast; great location--quiet.
The triple room had a very small 3rd bed and the room was pretty small with no balcony or view. It got hot at night. I think this place is better suited for couples than families--then you can get a room with a view of the Matterhorn and a balcony.

A Nice Stay with Amazing Amenities
Staying here was good! The bar lounge buzzed with fun, yet I found peace at the serene spa after a long day of hiking. The breakfast was satisfying, with fresh juices and baked goods. Pro tip, try the hot stone massage-it's a luxurious treat!
